Adaline Acres Wedding | Chester, Virginia

Courtney and Pat exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony at Adaline Acres overlooking the James River. This wedding was very near and dear to my heart as the newly weds are close friends!

I first met Courtney when my husband and I moved into our first apartment in Virginia. Courtney was our neighbor for years! I met Pat through my husband when they started working together. After knowing both Courtney and Pat for some time, my husband and I both had a feeling that they would make a wonderful couple.

Courtney and Pat wanted to get married close to their home and decided upon the beautiful Adaline Acres for their venue. Adaline Acres is a family owned and operated wedding venue, located in the Rivers Bend neighborhood in Chester, VA. This property was once known as the Rivers Bend Golf Course. Sitting on 22 secluded acres of beautiful rolling hills with picturesque views of the James River, Adaline Acres provided the perfect backdrop for this special day!

The day was filled with so many small and intimate details; tiny pot of honey made by the bride’s mother for favors, a picture of Pat with his Mom sewn into this tie and a seat at the ceremony reserved in loving memory of her.

Courtney and Pat, I am so incredibly excited for the two of you and am so happy that you found each other! I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for the two of you!
