Amber Grove Wedding | Mosley, Virginia

Courtney and Mike’s wedding was such blast to photograph! With multiple champagne pops, a lit dance floor and a cold spark send off, this day was an absolute party! Exchanging vows at the beautiful Amber Grove in Mosley, Virginia, the new Mr. and Mrs. threw a lively celebration with their friends and family.

Although the couple was a main focus of the day… the real star was their sweet daughter, Tyler. From trying on mom’s dress to her first look and dance with Mike, Tyler stole the show in the best way possible! She even wrote a toast, and delivered it with the help of her grandparents, which had everyone bawling and laughing at the same time.

The love and support at this wedding was palpable. It was so clear to see how much Courtney and Mike are love and admired by their sweet family and friends. Hearing the carefully chosen words for the couple being spoken by the maid of honor and best man, it was wonderful to hear how these two have impacted the lives of so many.

Amber Grove was the perfect setting for this wedding, situated on 15 acres of beautiful farmland. The historic estate has a rich and celebrated history as a family-run dairy farm, dating back to the mid-19th century. In 1884 Ambrose Goode and his wife built the current house in a stunning colonial style, complete with white pillars and a sprawling front porch. Current owner John McBride bought the estate in 1997 and turned it into the incredible event venue it is today. The team at Amber Grove has worked hard to preserve the vintage charm of the property while still updating it with all the modern amenities needed to pull off a great wedding.
