Countryside Estate Engagement Session | The Plains, Virginia

Although this session was all about Megan and Mark, Allie and Gemma completely stole the show in the best way possible! Nestled in the Virginia countryside, this gorgeous estate, owned by a close friend of the couple, is surrounded by rolling hills, beautiful trees and stunning views. We started at the front of the house and eventually ended up by the pool where Megan and Mark jumped in!

How They Met

Megan and Mark first met online and quickly hit it off. For their first date they went hiking and then went for some margaritas. Megan was smitten over Mark’s British accent and Mark loved Megan’s freckles. The rest was history and after the first date, they were inseparable!

The Proposal

Mark proposed on their 3 year anniversary! He packed a nice picnic lunch with champagne which Megan thought was super sweet. Megan genuinely didn’t suspect a thing as Mark used the anniversary to hide his true intensions!
