Megan and Mark’s wedding is one I will never forget! In all the years I have been a photographer, this was the first wedding I have ever been to where bathing suits were recommended. Instead of having a sparkler exit, the newlyweds decided on a slip and slide exit! Out in the rain, on the front lawn of Poplar Springs Manor, the wedding party lined up to slide down the hill in celebration of Megan and Mark!

Just as their ceremony was about to begin, a rainbow appeared in the sky over the ceremony site!

Their day was full of special moments and adorable details such as a doggie cake topper, signature drinks and a wine bottle guest book. Megan and Mark made sure to include their two precious dogs Allie and Gemma by doing a special first look with them! After taking the floor for their first dance and showing off their moves, Megan and Mark invited everyone else to join them, resulting in a packed dance floor, lots of laughs and a truly touching moment where everyone celebrated together.

Poplar Springs is a spectacular, historic property located on over 170 acres. With its rolling hills, ponds, and natural wildlife, the location was the perfect backdrop for this wedding!

Being around Megan and Mark is such a joy. Not only are they so incredible sweet and thoughtful but they exude love and appreciate for everyone around them. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
