Burkeville, Virginia Engagement Photography

This past weekend I finally had the chance to meet Kristen and Scott for their engagement session! Not only are they incredibly sweet, but by the end of the session I felt like I had known them for years.

Kristen and Scott met through mutual friends and have been together for two years. Kristen’s friends kept telling her that they found the perfect guy for her, only problem was that Scott was already in a relationship at the time. Once Scott was single, their friends brought them together and they have been inseparable ever since.

For the engagement session, Kristen and Scott wanted to take pictures where they will be getting married, on Kristen’s family farm. The property is a gorgeous farm in Burkeville that offers a variety of pre picked or pick your own strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and peaches. We were incredibly lucky that Mother Nature was nice to us and allowed for us to take some wonderful photos amongst the peach blossoms.

I am so excited for October when I get to revisit the farm and capture Kristen & Scott’s big day! These two were the nicest couple and I am so excited to capture their love story!
