Great Falls Park Engagement Session | McLean, Virginia
Lauren and Brandon explored the beautiful Great Falls Park for their engagement session. Despite the rugged terrain, rocks and steep steps, Lauren navigated everything while in heels!
Great Falls Park is a small National Park Service site in Virginia. Situated on 800 acres along the banks of the Potomac River, the park offers hiking, horseback riding, fishing and more! This historic park is home to one of the nation’s first canals, and many park goers also enjoy seeing the historic remains of the Patowmack Canal. The park’s most memorable treasures are the overlooks where you can get different views of the falls crashing over a series of jagged rocks.
Lauren and Brandon met 4 years ago through a mutual friend of theirs at a bar. After a very fun/wild night they automatically clicked and hung out non-stop for 8 months before really dating.
Brandon surprised Lauren by taking her out to Georgetown to Filomena Ristorante and walking her down to the waterfront to pop the question under a Full Moon with her dream moonstone ring!
“The way he makes me laugh all the time, how much he acts like a kid to keep me having fun all the time rather than work mode and how he always looks out for me in the best ways, he keeps me safe.”
“Her beauty is unmatched, she holds herself to high standards and accomplishing her goals, she makes me happy.”
